Soak for 24 hours in warm water. After soaking, prep moist soil and add it to a baggie or a planter with a dome. Sow the seeds in the moist soil(make sure it's not soggy) and place in a fridge(not a freezer) for ~3 months. Or, if growing outside, sow the seeds in soil for the winter and let the seeds stratify outside in the cold and germinate in the spring.
